Let's Taco 'Bout It | Halloween 2015 | Taco Family

So recently I discovered a love for tacos. I'm not exactly sure what made me decide to start eating tacos for every meal of every day, but it happened! The more I make, the better they get. Taco costumes included. :)

For the tacos, I used foam covered with felt from Hobby Lobby. For the 'taco filling', I hot glued tissue paper onto a harder piece of felt. For baby girl (Hayden), I tied a ribbon on each side of the  filling, then made loop holes on each side of the 'taco shell' to  bind them together. For Kade, I used tiny little clothes pins and pinned the taco filling to his shirt.

For the food truck, I cut the shape of a truck out of cardboard. Then used vinyl for the wording & graphics cut with my Silhouette Cameo. I'm obsessed with my cameo! The truck only took about an hour and a half to make!

My husbands mustache was 100% natural. He enjoyed growing it out for this, and I enjoyed him shaving it off the day after Halloween. HA!
